Click the Create AssetLocker
button.
At this point, a modal window for creating a task will open.
When creating an AssetLocker
, you need to enter the following information:
An owner address. By default, the app assumes the user is creating it for themselves, so it directly uses the currently connected wallet address. If you want to create it for someone else, you can uncheck For yourself
and manually enter a wallet address.
A guardian address. By default, the app uses the TIME Holder Official contract address as the guardian address. If you want to transfer guardianship to someone else, you can uncheck Give guardianship to TIME Holder Official
and manually enter a wallet address.
Note, the guardian address must be a wallet address you can't control for it to be meaningful. If the control of the guardian remains in your hands, then your box can be unlocked at any time, which defeats the purpose of creating an AssetLocker. If you don't need to lock assets passively, you can choose to directly create an AssetBox instead.
An unlock date. The unlock date must be set for at least one week in the future. If you need to lock it for a longer period, you can change the unlock date.
Once everything is ready, please click the Create
button to start creating.
Congratulations, you have now successfully created an AssetLocker
.
The format of the box's address is: [Chain ID] / [ Contract Address ]
Please make sure to back up the box address to prevent loss!
The Genesis Box is the first AssetLocker
created on TIME Holder, containing one ETH. Its lock period is 10 years, which carries a certain symbolic significance.
The following is the address of the Genesis Box๏ผ
1/0xa683dd30f0750e782e0cf70f6964b429683fa219
The
1/
at the beginning of the address indicates that the box is on the Ethereum mainnet.
