The official presale channel for TIME, available until sold out.

The presale will last for 3 months, during which ETH donations will be accepted via contract, and contributors will be rewarded with equivalent points.

❗The 3 month pre-sale period is not fixed, depending on the sales situation, it may be extended or ended early.

After the presale period ends, contributors can exchange their reward points for $TIME tokens at a conversion rate of 1 Point = 1 $TIME.

Presale Purpose

The distribution plan for the proceeds from this sale:

• 70% will be used to add to the Uniswap liquidity pool and the liquidity will be locked in the Genesis Box for a lock-up period of 10 years.

• 20% will be used for project promotion, contract audits, and applications for listings on major trading markets.

• 10% will be used for team operational expenses.

Rules for Earning Points

Base Points

Contribute ETH to receive base points.

For every 0.01 ETH contributed, you will receive 100,000 points.

The minimum donation amount accepted each time is 0.01 ETH.

Early Bird Rewards

As an early contributor, you will receive an additional 1% of your base points as a reward for every new contributor who contributes after you, up to a maximum of 300% bonus points.

Example:

1. A contributed 1 ETH and received 10,000,000 base points.

2. Then, B contributed 0.1 ETH and received 1,000,000 base points.

3. Then, C contributed 0.01 ETH and received 100,000 base points.

4. Then, A contributed 1 ETH and received 10,000,000 base points again.

5. Then, B contributed 0.1 ETH and received 1,000,000 base points again.

The point standings are as follows:

1. A: 10,400,000 (base points + 4% rewards)

2. B: 1,030,000 (base points + 3% rewards)

3. C: 102,000 (base points + 2% rewards)

4. A: 10,100,000 (base points + 1% rewards)

5. B: 1,000,000 (base points only)

Total points accumulated:

• A: 20,500,000

• B: 2,030,000

• C: 102,000

Referral Rewards

Once you contribute 1 ETH, you can become a referrer.

Once you become a referrer, for every successful referral of a contributor, you will receive 10% of the base points earned from their contribution as a reward.

Example:

Following A's referral, B contributed 1 ETH, resulting in the following changes to their points.:

• B: + 10,000,000 (base points) + 1,000,000 (10% bonus)

• A: + 1,000,000 (10% bonus)
